In order to be eligible to participate, the customer must sign up for both email and text lists. Both email and phone number should be valid. This offer is open to new sign ups only. The participant should be at least 18 years of age and must be located in the contiguous United States. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering the giveaway you agree to the website and giveaway terms and conditions. The participant must remain subscribed for emails and texts for the duration of the giveaway.

DiamondStuds.com ("Company") reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or the services within the Site at any time, and in its sole and absolute discretion. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Site. If you continue to use the Site after any such amendment, you agree to have accepted all amendments. Therefore, you should regularly review these Terms and Conditions and understand them. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.

The participant may enter the giveaway anytime between 12/1/22 and 10am PST on 12/22/22. The winner will be selected randomly by DiamondStuds.com. The winner will be notified by email and text message on 12/22/22 at noon PST. The winner must reply to the email or text with a valid US Street address with zip code (No PO Box) no later than 4pm PST on 12/22/22. The item will be shipped with Next Day Air and will require signature up on delivery. The Next Day shipping option should be available at the provided address in order for item for delivery by Christmas. We are not responsible for any shipping or carrier delays.

One winner will receive a pair of 2 carat total weight Lab Grown Diamond Stud Earrings of value $3,999. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for DiamondStuds.com to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. We shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to respond timely then the prize may be forfeited.
