We stand behind every fine jewelry item we sell and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. You may return any new jewelry item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

We provide free US returns shipping option and don’t charge a restocking fee! Simply email or contact us at 1-855-969-7883 and advise you need to set up a return. We will provide a return label by email within 1 to 2 business days. Please print and adhere the label on the outside of a shipping box, and then drop off the package at your nearest appropriate shipping center. (UPS or Fed Ex)

Things to keep in mind when returning / exchanging earrings and jewelry:

1. You must use the shipping label (fully insured) provided, so that the earrings have a safe return and can accurately be tracked for fast processing. If the provided shipping label is not used, your return or exchange will not be accepted.

2. Do ensure that the gorgeous item is unaltered, undamaged and in a new condition. If the earrings or jewelry has been resized, altered, damaged, or used, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

3. Please include all original packaging and contents including send any documents that you may have received along with the order, such as the original EGL USA / GIA grading reports, Appraisal Certificates and Certificate of Authenticity. If these item(s) are not included in the return packaging, a $150 replacement certificate fee is reduced from the return amount.

4. If you have received any free gift(s) along with your purchase, please include the free gift(s) with the return for a full refund. If you would like to keep the free gift(s) but not the purchased item, you will be charged the retail value of the free gift(s).

5. Once we receive the return in our office, typically within 2 business days, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business day(s) after receipt and verification of the return. Please note it may take 2 - 7 business days for the refund to appear with your financial institution based on their processing times (estimates exclude weekends and holidays).

Exceptions & Exclusions

*All special orders, custom orders, watches, layaway orders, including any special engraving or inscription done at the customer's request will be non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

*International returns are not subject to our free return policy. Associated shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment or credit card used upon purchase.

*Layaway orders are excluded from the standard return policy and qualify for free exchanges only.

*Limited to 3 free returns or exchanges annually.

EXCHANGES

An exchange order will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) in our offices.

If there is a difference in the amount, we will need to contact you and charge any difference before we can process the exchange order.
