Pear cut total weight blue sapphire gemstone halo setting in a glistening platinum metal and with 0.55 ct. total weight of small dazzling round-cut lab grown diamonds as side stone totaling to 1.25 ct. and available with a matching 18-inch box chain that secures with a spring-ring clasp. Weight may vary 1/10th of a carat.
