Pear cut total weight ruby gemstone halo setting in a glistening 14k yellow gold metal and with 0.60 ct. total weight of small dazzling round-cut lab grown diamonds as side stone totaling to 1.50 ct. and available with a matching 18-inch box chain that secures with a spring-ring clasp. Weight may vary 1/10th of a carat.
